• Minimal Data Storage: We only store WhatsApp session credentials needed to listen for incoming messages and send responses through your assistant.
• Selective Processing: Only messages within your assistant's configured perimeter are processed - all other messages are completely ignored.
• Secure Credential Storage: Your credentials are stored in encrypted, isolated buckets accessible only by our listener server nodes. No human can access these credentials.
• End-to-End Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• Privacy by Design: We don't store full conversation histories or access personal conversations outside the assistant's scope.
• Server-Side Security: Unlike WhatsApp Web which stores data in your browser (where security depends on your device, browser extensions, and local malware), our credentials are stored server-side in isolated, secure infrastructure. This eliminates risks from compromised devices, browser vulnerabilities, or malicious extensions.
• Full Control: You can revoke authorization at any time from the WhatsApp table in your dashboard or directly from your WhatsApp mobile application settings.
